I also have a task Manager that incorrectly displays the amount of video memory for a discrete video card. 384MB (as built-in) instead of 2GB. Most likely an error in Windows 10, because the size for a discrete video card is set correctly in the registry parameter (see the HardwareInformation.memorySize parameter).
