I've had my 13.3" x360 with the 4K touch screen for a few weeks, and the screen sometimes glitches when I disconnect from the AC adapter. Usually it just goes black for a little bit, but a few times it's started to constantly flicker on and off. Changing the angle of the screen doesn't change anything, but if I close the laptop for a few seconds and re-open it the flickering stops. It happened tonight, and I noticed that there was also a flickering bar across the top of the screen with blue, magenta, and yellow lines.
I've used the PC Hardware Diagnostics tests and ran a check on the operating system, but everything turned up fine. Has anyone experienced this before?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display flickers when you disconnect the charger.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Sorry, I got caught up and forgot to keep checking for replies. I'm still having the issue.
Product Number: 6YG70AV
Just now I installed the bios update and the most recent graphics driver. However, afterwards plugging in the power cable and then unplugging it causes the screen to go black for a second or so and then flicker a few times. I can more or less confirm it's a software problem, however, because last time it was stuck flickering I tried pressing ctrl+alt+delete and while the options screen was up the blinking paused.
