Ho mandato  notebook in riparazione e mi hanno sostituito schermo con uno non touch ..

Hi,

If you sent the notebook in under warranty you should contact HP support directly in your country and explain the problem to them.

In the link below you can identify your PC and get contact options in Italy. Maybe try during the day when the chat should be active.
