My brand new 15-bs179tx has a yellowish display which is very annoying to watch. I've installed latest graphic drivers but doesnt help to solve the issue. The startup HP logo is too dim. Is it a hardware issue ?. Please a suggest repliable and possible solution, Thank you.

I have gone through your Post and I understand that your brand new HP 12 Notebook has a yellowish display and you have already installed the latest drivers

I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in diagnosing this issue

Was the display issue there right out of the box?

I suggest you check in the BIOS and let me know is the display is yellowish

Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on the F10 key till you see the system configuration screen ( BIOS )

If the display is yellowish in the BIOS, I suggest you contact the store you purchased the Notebook and get it replaced

I also sent you a private message. Please check your private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
