Sir,I have installed the YouCam Driver but while opening a pop up comes showing "You do not have a compatible VGA hardware or driver to run YouCam.please help.

Hi,

 

Try the following.

 

Open windows control panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry for Cyberlink YouCam and select Uninstall.

 

When this has completed, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the link below.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64501-65000/sp64984.exe

 

When the Chipset reinstallation has completed, do not restart as prompted, instead download and reinstall the Intel HD Graphics driver on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64501-65000/sp64983.exe

 

When the graphics driver reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook.

 

When windows has reloaded, try downloading and installing the version of Cyberlink YouCam on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71830.exe
