Hello,
I bought a new display https://www.samsung.com/us/computing/monitors/gaming/57-odyssey-neo-g9-dual-4k-uhd-quantum-mini-led-... . I have a business laptop ZBook Fury 15.6 inch G8, which has based on specs HDMI 2.0b.
I want to use external display's Picture by Picture feature, to have side by side 4k output of two different video inputs. Unfortunately, the display required for this mode that 4k is run at precisely 60Hz. I use HDMI 2.1 cable for laptop's output.
Unfortunately, the laptop can run 4K@60 Hz. It can run 4K@59.987Hz. I get a black screen when it is switched to 60Hz in Windows advanced display setup. Neither 120Hz output works, only 119.880Hz. How can I enable 4k@60hz?
I tested out the HDMI cable with my desktop and it can deliver 4k@60Hz. Display's drivers were installed too. NVIDIA driver is 537.58.
Thank you
