Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
We have purchased two ZBook Studio G9 (62V00EA) + TB Dock 280W + Z-Display Z40c.
The problem is that the NVIDIA A3000 chipset doesn't work towards an external display when using the two Thunderbolt outputs on the left side of the ZBook (directly or via docking).
It’s the Intel Graphics who takes the lead.
On the other hand, it works via the USB-C connector on the right: the A3000 chipset is well active.
It's the same symptom on both Zbooks, so certainly not a hardware problem.
