Product: ZBook G4

Hello, 🤗 

I am having a problem with a used ZBook. When I plug it in, the Power LED turns on a very short moment, then the caps lock LED stays on for about 3.5 seconds. The Charging LED stays white and doesn't blink. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks in advance.

P.S: I have confirmed there is no battery or HDD inside the laptop. The only things inside are a WLAN card and a 16GB DDR4 module.
