Product: HP ZBook 14u G5 Mobile Workstation

Hi,

 

I bought used laptop Zbook 14u G5. OP Windows 11 Pro 23H2 latest build. Due to it was used I made reset, to delete previously saved data and settings. After that I started to build up my own settings. All updates installed, drivers are up to date as well. Having problems with touchpad upper buttons. Having two of them. Also pointstick doesn't react. No settings available to activate those through bios or under mouse/touchpad settings. Synaptics driver package from hp.com. I had the same issue on my other laptop Dell. As a solution I got downloaded pointstick app from microsoft store and then I was able to control a device. Device manager doesn't show any errors. Windows is working just fine. There is no pointstick app available for my hp laptop to make possible to activate pointstick, touchpad upper buttons as well. Any suggestions?? Thank you.
