hp active pen hasnt worked since i updated to win 11 been through ms support no help there hp spectre x360 convertible

I understand that you are getting Active pen issues, I am glad to assist you.

You might need to update the firmware for the touch screen.

  • Go to HP Software & Driver Downloads to find your drivers.
  • Follow the instructions to identify your product.
  • Make sure that the Detected operating system is correct. If necessary, select Change, select your operating system and version, and then select Change.
  • Expand Firmware. If a firmware update is available for the touch screen, select Download next to the update.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the firmware update.
