Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 and HP Elite 90W Thunderbolt 3 Dock.

The prompt for the bitlocker password does not display on my external monitors when I close the lid of my laptop and power the laptop via the docking station.  Are there any bios settings to bring the HP Elite 90W Thunderbolt 3 Dock online to display the bitlocker screen?

My current solution is to connect to the dock, open the lid, power the laptop, input the bitlocker password, and then close the lid.

Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

I tried this BIOS trick of bumping up the video memory and it didn't have any effect on the problem of the Bitlocker screen not showing up on the external monitors. Another thing that happens for me is that I get weird graphical glitches on the Bitlocker screen even when just using the 360's built in screen - it comes up initially with the normal blue colors and text labels and everything but then after just a few seconds all the blue color goes black, the text disappears, and all I have is a white form field. I can still enter the pin to unlock the drive though, so it's only a cosmetic issue but it concerns me.
