Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hi, from yesterday, a black line appears on my laptop screen & it grows thicker horizontally.Also another blach thick patch appears on left side. Is it preventable ? What should I do to get rid of this? Black lines appears automatically without any physical damage. Plz suggest...

HP Recommended

Hook the laptop to an external monitor and see if the lines appear there. If not then your screen panel needs to be replaced. If so your motherboard needs to be replaced.
