Thanks for reaching out.

 

To make sure whether the issue is hardware related or software related, kindly restart your computer and boot into BIOS. If the issue still persists, it means the issue is hardware-related and the screen should be replaced.

 

If the issue is not persisting in BIOS, uninstall the graphics card driver completely using the DDU free tool:
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html


Then, install the latest driver from the link below:

HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1050ax Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
