I have had issues with my laptop since new where it intermittently goes to the bluescreen and also drops the wifi intermittently also. I have sent the laptop back to HP for repair twice and the problem has yet to be resolved. I have spent countless hours chatting online and talking to hp support trying to fix the issue to no resolve. The warranty expires next month and I'm afraid I'm stuck with a crummy product that they can't correct the problem with. Any suggestions as how to speak with someone who can really help me? I expect I will have to absorb this as a loss and purchase someone else's product.
