Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop got derivred to day and  I turned it on  and  the screen just lit up black and  no display but when I connect the HDMI it works on the tv  I have   fully reset it with great difficulty's as there wasn't nothing on my screen 😣
