Product: HP LAPTOP 15-dy1xxx

I just a HP Laptop Saturday and as soon as I turned it on the screen is doing a flickering occasionally.  Have been on HP chats with support and they can't seem to help me fix it.  I wanted to fix it if it's an easy fix.  I don't know the return policy at Walmart.

Does it occurs always or only after you resume from hibernation?

it's not constant.  i will on the internet and it will start and last maybe 30 seconds or so then it stops and is ok for a few minutes and then does it again.  my other laptop doesn't do this so something has to be wrong.  i wanted to see if this was something that was an easy fix.  i don't know what walmarts policy is on returning/exchanging this.
