brightness changing automatically HP EliteBook 8470p

my HP EliteBook 8470p Notebook PC display brightness changing automatically how can i disable please help me?

Im using Windows 10 and was facing the same issue. I re-installed the drivers sp72377. Then followed the below procedure.

To Resolve Hp8470p Screen Brightness Changing Automatically 
Right Click on Start Menu
Select Power Options
Scroll Down and Click Additional power Settings
Click Create a Power Plan
Assign a New Name to the Plan
Set Characteristics as required. I have [Set Turn off Display Power Batt-15min and PluggeIn-15mins] [Computer to Sleep Batt-1hour and PluggeIn-Never]
Then Change advanced power settings
Scroll Down - ATI Graphics Power Settings -->ATI PowerPlay Settings-->Select Option Maximize Performance(Inplace of Maximize Battery Life)
New Power Plan will be Active

Issue should be resolved. Mine issue is resolved, Hope it Helps others as well!!!!!
