I am writing to seek assistance with a technical issue I am currently facing with my laptop.
Recently, the right hinge of my laptop has become damaged, and it is causing problems with the functionality of the device. This issue is making it difficult for me to use my laptop effectively for my academic work. I am concerned that if it is not addressed promptly, it may lead to further damage.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me on the appropriate steps to take in order to get my laptop repaired. Whether there is a designated repair service in Scotland, recommended local technicians, or any warranty information that I should be aware of, your guidance would be invaluable in resolving this issue.

I understand that this is Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have an option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
