broken screen

Hi the last month I dropped by fault my notebook and it was broken the display is working properly I disabled the touch control and please I want to know if the touch control (hardware) was broken it will be possible that only a little part of the touch screen will not work ( for example the upper right part in my case) or it will not work at all ,all parts if yes how does it cost (touch control hardware)
