camera device not in device manager

Camera device is missing, can´t activate camera in f ex skype or use the cam application take pictures. 

Device manager do not list camera device either. How do I add the device when its gone?

Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

However, please check the right side of the laptop near to USB C type port, You will find the privacy switch. Please try to turn off the switch and check if you are able to use the camera.
