Product: HP ENVY 16 inch Laptop PC 16-h1000 (754F7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My camera driver is missing. I have already gone through steps with Microsoft, they said it is on HP's end. The actually driver is not installed. They tried to help me download it form your website, but it is not available to me. They said someone there will have to help me.
