desktop-UCH6NNI HP envy x360 product ID 00325-81979-38613-AAOEM

camera for the laptop is not working. i contacted microsoft support to help fix the issue and they took control of my laptop to fix the issue and couldn't fix it they told me to contact HP support. camera isnt working on the laptop. camera settings are all in place and on device manager. it says the camera is on but theres no screen to it.
