Product: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The gray camera icon keeps popping up on my screen.  I am not using the camera when this happens.  Sometimes it pops up, showing active, sometimes it has the line drawn, indicating it is off.  My Hello Windows is working.  I have updated the drivers for my cameras, but this has not helped.  I cannot pinpoint anything I am doing to activate changes to the camera to make this appear.  When it pops up, the light does not turn on at the top of the screen.  I am running McAfee software checks for viruses, but there are not viruses detected.  Can anyone provide a solution to this?

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP PCs - Webcam Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎 to isolate and resolve the issue.
