HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-eb1043dx

my camera and microphone do not work. I go to the device manager and what ever this computer came with for the computer camera and microphone are not there anymore. How do I download it again. Why is it so hard to find how to downlad the software.

  • Enter Model Information: Use the search or browse function on the website to find the support page for your specific laptop model.
  • Locate Drivers: Once on the support page for your model, look for a section related to drivers or downloads. You should find a list of drivers available for your laptop.
  • Download Camera and Microphone Drivers: Look for the camera and audio drivers in the list of available downloads. They may be listed separately or as part of a larger package of drivers. Download the appropriate drivers for your operating system (Windows 10, for example).
