Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

it seam i can not take picture in back  rear of it 

i can take picture just when i am in front of the screen

is it a way to use my laptop like a camera i had that on my old sanyo / lenove

 not with my new hp 14-dy 0008ca

You can't.  The laptop has one camera, mounted in the center of the top bezel (facing you).  This isn't like a tablet with front/back camera lens.  Notice that the laptop has no rear-mounted camera lens.
