My new HP 17CA1 Hp laptop no longer recognises my Acer monitor. I worked for 30 min or so then just stopped....The monitor says Input Not supported...the Laptop say not second screen detected - but when I go into the advanced setting display 2 says Acer . I have read the user guide (nothing). I have tried searching on hear ( same result). I have it winP set to Extend (nothing) I have tried the online help (dizzy from going around in circles) can anyone help please? Thank you in advance.
