Product: Exa HP Notebook - 15-da0081clmple: Pavilion 65XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My old computer was a Dell. My new computer is an HP. On my old computer, I have Spectrum streaming service which includes On Demand. On my Dell it worked fine. On my HP all I can watch is live TV. When I try to watch on demand it flips me right back to live tv. I've spent hours on the phone with Spectrum trying to figure out why, thinking the issue was with Spectrum. After trying everything we could all think of,  my HP still will not allow me to watch on demand. It must be something with the computer is all we can conclude. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anyone out there that can suggest what the issue could be? I would be forever grateful for any help to solve this issue.
