can't install AMD Radeon HD 8550 Video driver after OS Upgrade to Win10

Tried to install Video driver for  win8x64 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp59501-60000/sp59859.exe
It Doesn't work. Tried to install AMd Driver Pack from https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/beta/win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-19.12.3-dec18.exe ... work too.
When i plug HDMI cable and switch on second monitor, i have got an Error "NO AMD grafics Driver is installed or the AMD driver  is not functioning propertly "

and if it does not work indicate the error message

Yes, it was upgrade from original Win8 to Win10

Driver sp63691 didn't solve my problem.
There is no  usual  Error through starting  OS. but  i  see  problem  in  Devices and Drivers Snap-in and when i try to plug HDMI

Hmm, the question is precisely to know the error message if there is a driver installation, and possibly what says in Devices and Drivers

the driver is it insatllated or not at all ..?

the pc being old it may not be possible to find a driver

This Laptop has AMD radeon HD 8550M by specification.
I founded needed Driver (model and version OS Win10x64) on Vendor Site (link below) and installed it  without errors.
When i try to run Setings shell  Radeon Software i  get an Error

Briefly, Grafic Driver AMD didn't install or working wrong. Install  correct AMD Grafic Driver.

In  device  and driver i see  this
