Product: hp laptop 15-gw0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've just brought a new laptop. It all appears fine apart the click and drop feature. I can't highlight text either. Can anyone please give advise as to how to fix this problem.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you highlighting the text from browser or MS Office?
  • Could you please share the picture of the highlighted text?
