I reloaded an updated bios but I still cannot find an adjustment for the time of the backlit.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to increase the backlight time.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

If you don’t have an option in the BIOS to increase the time, then you will not be able to increase the keyboard backlight time and it is by design.
