Poly Camera Pro is installed on my laptop HP OmniBook X AI PC 14.
Problem faced - When I record a video, the image constantly flickers.
If only camera is used without Poly Camera Pro, there is no flicker.
The Help page says I should adjust the electrical frequency option to 50 Hz (as per my location), or change the frame rate.
But I could not locate where these settings can be changed.
Please advise
