😀😀😀Solution given by HP Support in Sweden, who contacted me on phone: Start the Chromebook, log in. Connect the charging cable to the Chromebook and to the wall outlet. Unplug the 220V plug. Repeat this "unplugging" 3-4 times. Voila! The image went steady. OK - it happens it "twinkles" a little now and then.
