HP Recommended

HP Chromebook x360 - 14-da0011 does not wake after sleep.  It requires holding the power button for 15 seconds and then pressing again to restart. I have reset (power washed) the system twice with no change. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have gone through your post and I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

 

If the issue persists after Resetting the Chromebook, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options


Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
