Hello,

I have a chrome book with miniHdmi and two usb ports. Running on

Version 80.0.3987.162 (Official Build) (32-bit) and bought HP EliteDisplay E273 monitor. When I plug it in, it doesn't recognize my laptop. In the chromebook it says that unknown monitor and can't even mirror the view. IS there any possibility to get drivers?

Thanks

Hello,

thank you for your answer. Sadly, it is what I was trying before I posted here and it doesn't work. ;(

When I connect, the computer recognizes that there is a new device, but doesn't know which it is.

It says unknown device and when I mirror it, the monitor doesn't show anything and goes to sleep.

It looks like I need a plugin for chromebook or a new version of chromebook or even a new computer to make it work 😞

The windows and Ubuntu PC's are working fine.

Have a nice day

@kukuku

Since the monitor is working on both Ubuntu and Windows, this is an issue with the Chromebook
