Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Lenova ThinkPad PC - Yoga.  I also have an HP monitor 23er.  I connect HDMI cable through a J5Create adapter to my Monitor and laptop.  THE MONITOR WILL NOT CONNECT.  i have tried three different cables.  Could it be the J5Create adapter?  Its brand new.  HELP

You are trying to connect 3 different products from 3 different vendors. I know the HP product

But totally no idea what are the other two.  I also can find the middle man:

 

          https://en.j5create.com/pages/jcd383-specifications

 

Now my question: Is your Lenovo machine compatible with the  J5Create adapter ?
