Product: Envy x360 convertible 15m-cn0xxx

Year old laptop accidently fell off table and somehow cracked the screen enough to cause operational issues. Can any one point me in the right direction if there's a way HP will repair? Already know not covered by warranty and didnt have the damage insurance either. Any assistance or advise would be greatly appreciated!!

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

With the standard one-year limited warranty, you will be covered for repair or replacement of parts deemed defective. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, screen crack and liquid spillage.
