dedicated memory not working properly

hi team ,
i have ENVY 17 laptop , for the past few days my dedicated memory is not working and not showing properly , actually i have 4gb nvidia gtx 950m but its shown in 128MB . how can i resolve this issue please help me out ,

Indeed, you must have an nvidia card:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M (4 GB DDR3L dedicated)
17-n100nx (ENERGY STAR) Product Specifications
but what you are showing is an intel card!
so check from the device manager if the nvidia card is still visible

yah i checked with device manager its still visible but idk its working or not , and if am using chrome youtube the video is on full green colour error
