Product: HP Laptop 15s-dr0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Few days back when I uninstalled a third party theme rainwallpaper. then  my original windows background was restored... and then after few seconds it disappears no matter how many times I change the backgrounds or themes. when I restart my system's backgrounds stay for few seconds and disappears.. plzzz help me

Hello, I think you need to manually apply an other theme or the original theme:
