My digital HP stylus (beautiful!) works fine as a mouse - select, click, move, ...

but won't draw in snipping tool.

It will draw in PowerPoint, but I want some app where I can use the tablet like a document camera (Elmo), and just write/draw on a full screen.

I've seen references to an Ink tools menu, but I don't find that (yet) on my system.

Seems to be true, though I cannot guarantee that is the way Snip is supposed to work.

True too, I tested the response with a single snipped rectangle, a touchscreen, and using a passive stylus.

Might ask Microsoft -- Snip is their software.

Snip – available since Vista! Check out the “delay” feature in Windows 10
