1. PROBLEM)

My screen has changed, but because it is not installed properly, traces are formed on the screen due to the pressure of the screen frame.

2. PROBLEM)

I wanted a Q light keyboard because my keyboard was broken, but you installed a different keyboard. My friend changed his keyboard because it was broken, you sent him a Q light keyboard. I can't use the keyboard you plugged into my laptop. Can you solve the problem?
