Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not adjust the screen brightness. Neither the slider in the notifications panel or F2 F3 on keyboard work. This problem has occurred since I have reloaded Windows 10, using Update & Security, Recovery, Remove Everything. I wonder if the clean boot has cleared the HP display drivers?

Yes, it sounds to me like the graphics driver is missing.

 

This would be the latest graphics driver from your notebook's support page.
