display brightness not reduced

Dear sir/madam,i have using hp 241 model laptop, but the brightness level not reduced on my laptop,i have tried windows 8,8.1,10.but the brightness level not reduced,i have tried to install many of the graphics card.but the graphics card is not installed,what is the solution of this problem...

hellow,

please send me configuration of your pc includinf your graphics card and drivers information.

never dounload and install any updates from un authorised websites or brands , dounlad and install updates either from hp support assistant of hp support website.

first of all to solve this problem , go to hp support website and dounload and install the bios update from there and remember to plugin the charger and insure continues power supply or ac supply during the bios update and this will solve your problem and if not you are free to write.

Graphics card is not install on my laptop....some error occuring.....the error displaying is (the minimum requirement to installing this software)...how to solve this problem???
