I noticed that my screen color is changing when I switching between apps. Sometimes tint is blue sometimes it's red.
Looked seems to Night Mode in Windows 10 but wasn't that.
Video driver reset (Ctrl+Shift+Start+B) fixes problem for a short time. After few seconds tint came back.
I realized that reason is in a driver. My video is AMD, Radeon software is installed. In a "Settings -> Display" section I found "Vari-Bright" setting. Switching it off solved my issue. Maybe will helpful for You too.
At least Your should try Ctrl+Shift+Start+B.
