Same issue on Spectre x360 Gem cut edition with Full HD display.
Issues:
- White on that screen is very dark (cream color, not white) in compare to very old cheap laptop
- There are visible vertical lines and dots - which makes screen to look ugly (also cannot see nothing like that on old Asus ultrabook with same resolution)
- And one specific issue is that after screen protection mode is turned off (F1) then no screen are visible ghosts after previous objects - eg. start menu leaves big darker rectangle ghost
- As bonus: Screen is terribly glossy - it is not issue direclty, but in combination with low brighteness it's very bad for eyes to read something when on room with lot of brightness
Seller sent to to HP and they denied that issues, so I am plannig next steps - send it again or ask for money return.
