Product: Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was using my HP ENVY laptop when all of a sudden, the screen fades into black and colored lines show up. 

I tried to turn it off then back on, the screen was entirely black with vertical white stripes that kept fading and changing places. 

I haven’t dropped my laptop or spilled anything on it so I don’t think there’s physical damage to it.

please if you have any input help!
