Product: HP ProBook x360 435 G8 Notebook PC (28M92AV)

We have 6 of these laptops with the Hp USB-C G5 Docking Stations.  So far 4 work great with those docking stations and dual monitors (4K) and now I have one laptop that will not work with any of the docking stations. The external keyboard works, external mouse, and it detects the monitors, but nothing but black on them.  I am guessing there is a button that needs toggled or something.  It is fully updated as of today, nothing else is on it. So if anyone knows where the enigmatic switch is to make it work, can you please let me know?
