The camera is not working. And accidentally deleted the camera driver from Device Manager. Now I don't know how to return it. I tried to go to the official website of the HP software and drivers, but there was no software and camera driver that was compatible with my device. pls anyone help me
We can't find your camera.
The error code: 0xA00F4244
My device: HP Pavilion 14 Notebook pc
and why are there no drivers available on the official HP support website that are compatible with my laptop?
Where can I install camera drivers?

Hello, thank you for your response.
But.... I'm still confused. How do I download it? When I tried to download it and then open File Explorer, it was all just a cabinet file, I didn't understand. Can you make it clearer? if you don't mind

1. extract the .cab file
2. Open device manager or you can use this software to install it.
Via Device Manager, click the add drivers icon, click browse and navigate to the extracted folder of the .cab file.
Through the software, click the Add Driver button and check Install Driver, then navigate to the .inf file in the extracted .cab file folder.
Hope this helps.
