driver intel graphic for windows 7 32 bit

I was install windows 7 32 bit for my HP 14-d039tu. Processor Intel Celeron CPU N2810.

I have got problem at display driver (graphic). I was check at device manager, see below information
Details
Standard VGA graphic adapter
Harware lds
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F31&SUBSYS_218D103C&REV_0A
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F31&SUBSYS_218D103C

Please help me how to find intel graphic adapteR for windows 7 32 bit.

When i open windows game so pop will show that
"Hardware Acceleration is either disabled or not supported by your video card driver, which could slow game performance".
what should i do?
please help me.

Your PC has all AMD hardware, and the hardware ID you posted is for the integrated AMD HD 4200 graphics adapter.

You need this W7 32 bit driver for the hardware ID's you posted.

This package contains the graphics driver for the supported AMD/ATI Graphics
