HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab104na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So for the past 2 weeks ive been struggling to find a fix for a driver issue im having. certain games would have buggy shadows and textures when played in fullscreen so i decided to install the latest drivers for my apu. after doing this i cannot access the amd control centre and i also get error 43 on device manager which now means i can barely use my computer to the point where im watching 720p< videos. ive gone through the correct process of disabling driver updates in windows, uninstalling drivers in safe mode, restarting, installing new drivers and it doesnt work no matter what driver version i use. is there any fix or am i doing something wrong?

any help would be appreciated.

thanks.
