Hi everyone
I have just bought a French / Swiss keyboard HP 250 G8 LAPTOP-K2OMKC8I to replace an old Probook for which I have two old style docks as I navigate between two locations.
For the new laptop, I also bought an ICY BOX DK2102-C dock which I hoped would operate all my devices but I can't get the monitor to work in the VGA slot. My HP LAPTOP-K2OMKC8I should have a USB -C port to feed this new dock but the sign against the port means that it's apparently a USB - B port and that might explain which it won't drive the VGA monitor. Can someone please confirm so I can return it to HP for a refund for untrue spec or tell me how to unravel this problem.
Thanks in advance
